Businesses are using injunctions to stop hackers publishing secrets

The injunction it obtained says information gained from the hack shouldn't be published, as it would be a breach of confidence. Nicklin's court judgement says the firm was a "victim of blackmail" and could use legal powers to order web hosting companies to remove any data the hacker tried to publish.
